Diana Burdette, 77 of Charleston went to be with her Lord and Savior September 28, 2022 after a sudden illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Freda Young, and brother Rick Young.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband Roger Burdette, brother Gary Young (Becky), daughter Cindy Boggess (David). Granddaughters Brittany Duff (Dave), Madison Shafer (Dylan). Great grandchildren Aspen Shafer, Levi Duff, and Luke Duff. Also surviving are several special nieces and nephews, and sister-in- law Deborah Young.
Visitation will be from 12pm-1pm with the funeral beginning at 1, Tuesday, October 4 at Cunningham Parker Johnson Funeral Home. Nephew Josh Pauley will be officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories in Sissonville, WV.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to either Appalachian Teen Challenge in Athens, WV. Or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
