William "Billy" Graley William David "Billy" Graley, 32, of Charleston, passed away, February 17, 2011. Billy was a 1997 graduate of Sissonville High School. He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Edward Graley; grandparents, Mary and Domingo Diaz; and a brother, Joseph. Surviving are; his mother, Linda Graley of Charleston; brothers, Tommy Graley of Hurricane, and Mickey Graley of St. Albans; sisters, Tammy Graley of Ohio, and Carolyn Smith of Charleston. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Monday, February 28, 2011, at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston with the Rev. Ted McKeown officiating. Burial will follow in Sissonville Memorial Gardens, Sissonville. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service Monday at the funeral home.
