Willard Lee Harper Willard Lee Harper, 61, of Big Chimney, passed away August 14, 2013, in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington. He was preceded in death by a brother, Cameron Woody Harper. Willard was a retired painter, with Harper and Son Painting, and volunteered at Hissom Tabernacle, and other churches helping people. Surviving are his parents, Woodie and Joyce Harper of Big Chimney; sons, Willard Harper, Jr. and wife Connie of White Sulphur Springs, and Mark Anthony Harper and wife Shannon of Rupert; mother of his children, Linda Belcher of Alderson; grandchildren, Amber and Kateland Harper of White Sulphur Springs and Brianna and Marissa Harper of Rupert. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with Pastor Roger Cunningham officiating. Burial will be in James Taylor Cemetery, Chapps Fork, Big Chimney. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral home.
