Violet Christy Spencer's Obituary
Violet Christy Spencer, 91, of Charleston went home to be with the Lord May 8, 2018 at Hubbard Hospice House.
Violet was a retired clerk from the City of Charleston Sanitary Board and member of Charleston Mountain Mission.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 57 years, Calvin I. Spencer, son, Larry, and her grandson Todd Spencer.
Surviving her are son, Calvin "Rick" Spencer of Charleston. One Grandchild and Three Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday May 11, 2018 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Tom Price officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to: Kanawha Hospice Care, 1606 Kanawha Blvd. W. Charleston, WV 25387.
