Vicki G. Smith
Vicki G. Smith, 63, of Charleston passed away peacefully in her sleep at home.
Vicki was born September 25, 1958 to Herbert E. Starcher and Texie L.
Parsons Starcher who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years Stephen; sisters, Debra
Reed, Dianna Tate; brother, Herbert E. Starcher, Jr.; her fur babies, Moose, Daisy, Rambo and Tucker.
She was the first female General Manager of a Radio Station (WCHS) in this
market.She was the office manager at WQBE radio.Vicki worked numerous
positions for the WVDHHR lastly at the Office of the Chief Medical Officer.
She made many friends over the years that will surely miss her.
In keeping with her wishes her body will be cremated and no public services
will be held.There may be a Celebration of her life at a later time.
Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home is serving the Smith Family.
