Truman "Teddy" Miller of St. Albans passed away September 12, 2016 after a long illness. He was preceded in death by his parents Hartford J. and Geraldine L. Miller, brothers, Jimmy and Angelo Miller. Left to cherish his memory is his sister, Brenda Walker of St. Albans and brother, Eddie Miller of Given, WV. Many cousins, nieces and nephews. At Teddy's request, there will be no service and the body will be cremated.
