Tracy Jo Paxton Wolf Phalen, 58, of Charleston passed away May 23, 2025. She was born March 2, 1967 to the late Edward Paxton and JoAnn Paxton.

Tracy loved the outdoors, swimming, camping, hiking and enjoyed traveling from Maine to Florida and from the Atlantic Coast to Western Missouri. She enjoyed cruises in the Caribbean, Puerto Rico, St. Martin USVI, Antigua, Monserrat, Guadeloupe, Dominica, Martinique and Aruba. Above all she loved spending time with her family.

Left to cherish Tracy's memory is her loving husband of 21 years Philip Phalen; mother JoAnn Paxton of Charleston; sister Terri Wendell (Don) of Charleston; brothers Greg and James Paxton; sons Tyler J. Wolf and Jarrod P. Wolf (Chelsi); stepsons Casey S. Phalen and Justin M. Phalen (Chrissy); 3 grandchildren and 4 step grandchildren.

A service honoring Tracy's life will be 2:00PM Friday, May 30,2025 in Floral Hills Garden of Memories Mausoleum Chapel, Sissonville, WV. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Entombment will follow the service.
