Thomas Edward Oxley, Sr., 64, of Charleston passed away June 16, 2012. He was retired from Elementis after 35 years of service was a loving and giving Father and Grandfather; a kind and generous man that didn't know any strangers. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Sada; brothers, Richard and James; sisters, Delores and Dortha. Surviving are daughters, Melissa and Marty; sons, Jimmy and Tommy, Jr.; brothers, James, Robert "Bob", Geary, William "Bill", Charles "Buck" and Edward Jr. "Bo", sisters, Carol, Diane and Regina. Nine Grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday June 20, 2012 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be Private at a Later Date.
