Tammy Lynn Fowler 48 of Costa Rica, formerly of Charleston, passed away Friday January 4, 2013 at home. Tammy was a beautician by trade and a loving mother and grandmother. Surviving Tammy are her sons, William Paul Fowler, IV and wife Rebecca Dawn of Houston, Texas and Matthew Wade Fowler and fiancée Ashley Pennington of Sissonville; granddaughter, Jennifer Fowler and one unborn granddaughter; parents, Henry J. and Thelma L. Shreve of Charleston; brother, Henry Scott Shreve and wife Miriam of Charleston; sisters, Sharon Standifird and husband William "Brad" of London, England and Cathy Burdette of Charleston; nieces, Sydney and Samantha Patton, and Alexandra Standifird; nephews, William "Bradley" Standifird, II, Zachery Shreve, Devon Shreve and Justin Shreve; step-niece, Michelle Vetter; companion, John McCoy of Costa Rica; and other family members who are also left to mourn her passing. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday January 12, 2013 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Benny Bess officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico. Visitation with the family will be 2 hours prior to services also on Saturday.
