Shelia L. Moss, 61, of Charleston, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 1, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was a graduate of Washington High School in Washington, PA and member of Bible Baptist Church, Sissonville. She was a retiree of Verizon, where she worked for 30 years. Shelia was preceded in death by her father, Robert Edward Stout. Survivors include her loving husband of 39 years, Marlin; son, Charlie (Michelle) Moss of Sissonville; daughter, Carrie (Matthew) Combs of Charleston; grandchildren, Cindy Moss of Sissonville and Braxton Combs of Charleston; mother, Sarah Louise Stout; Linda (Brent) Johnson; and brother, Robert E. (Karen) Stout, Jr. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She will be sadly missed by her family and all that knew her.
