Sandra Sue "Susie" Kenney 72 of Charleston passed away March 31, 2016. Preceding her in death were her parents Jess "J.B." and Ruby Rankin; sisters, Brenda White and Betsy Phillips. Survivors include her sons, Anthony Scott Woodfell and Shawn Christopher Kenney both of Charleston; siblings, Kathy Wagner of Elkview, Mike Rankin of South Charleston, Jay Rankin of Charleston and Pam Carte of South Charleston; grandchildren, Brittany and Brandon Woodfell of Charleston; great grandchild, Peyton Woodfell; daughter-in-law, Christine Atkinson and a host of nieces and nephews.
