Ruby Jane Kane Dalton, 71, of Marmet, formerly of Mingo County, went home to the Lord on December 1, 2015. Ruby was a coal miner and a hard worker. She was preceded in death by her mother, Macie Jane Aliff, daughter, Candis Kane, sister, Kathy; and brother, James. Survivors include her loving granddaughter, Mandie Hensley of Sod; great-grandchildren, Trenton and Alyson Hensley of Sod; sisters, Nancy, Lou, Irma, Jana, Elaine and Carolyn; and brothers, Richard, Ralph Charles and Howard. A celebration of life will be held Friday, December 4, 2015 from 6 - 8 PM at Marmet Community Church, 8803 MacCorkle Ave., Marmet, WV 25315 with Pastor Allen Konkle officiating.
