Rosetta Marie Fulks Rosetta Marie Fulks, 49, of Charleston, went home to be with the Lord, October 23, 2010, surrounded by family and friends, at her residence, after battling a long illness. She was preceded in death by her father, Palmer Louk, and mother Dorothy Crawford. She was a 1979 graduate of Okeechobee High School; and a personal banker at Wesbanco for the last ten years. She attended Loudendale Freewill Baptist Church. She will be sadly missed by her many family and friends.. Surviving are her husband of 28 years, Raymond Jay Fulks of Charleston; daughters, and a son-in-law, Chelsie Marie and Casey Rankin, and Jessica Mae Fulks all of Charleston; grandsons, Jay Douglas Rankin and Patrick Casey Rankin; brothers, Scott Louk of Indiana, and Michael Louk of Ohio; sister, Beth Clase of North Carolina; step-mother, Diane Louk; step-brothers, Jimmy and Randy Louk all of Ohio. The family wishes to express sincere thanks to Hospice Care and the Hubbard Hospice House for their excellent care. Visitation with the family will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to the service Wednesday at Loudendale Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church with Pastor, Burt Hall officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston.
