Rosalee Taylor Thaxton 82, of Fort Branch, Indiana formerly of Cross Lanes, WV passed away February 10, 2017.
Rosalee was preceded in death by her husband Donald R. Thaxton.
She was a 1954 Graduate of Nitro High School and lived in the Cross Lanes area for 64 years.
Survivors include her sons, John W. Thaxton and wife Kathy and Tommy Thaxton, all of Cross Laes and Joseph Thaxton of Indiana; step-son, Mitchell Thaxton of Florida; step-daughter, Dreama Stair of Clinton, Tennessee; brother, Dennis Taylor of Cross Lanes and sister Freida Morris of Charleston. Seven Grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 PM Tuesday February 14, 2017 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home. Private burial will be in The New Family Thaxton Cemetery, Wolf Pen, Charleston.
