Obituary
Ronald F. Armes. 73 of Belle, WV, formerly of Charleston, passed away October 26, 2018 with his wife by his side.
He was a retired shoe repairman with Family Shoe Repair on Quarrier Street and was a proud U.S. Army Veteran, having served during the Vietnam War.
Preceding him in death were his parents Fred and Ethel Armes.
Survivors include his wife, Alice Tyree Armes; sons, Robert Joseph and Ronald Keith Armes; step-daughter, Elizabeth Ball; brothers, James H and Donald L. Armes; sisters, Shirley Jean Mullins, Wonda Stewart and Barbara G. Corser. Also surviving are three grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Travis Bradley officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 PM Monday, October 29, also at the funeral home.
