Romie "Jake" Hershman Romie "Jake" Hershman, 34, of Sissonville, passed away November 6, 2009. He was preceded in death by his mother, Judy Holley Hershman. Jake was a graduate of Sissonville High School. Surviving are his father, Arlie S. Hershman of Sissonville; brother and sister-in-law, Arlie R.& Tina Hershman of Cross lanes; sister and brother-in-law, Mindy and Jamie Linkenauger of Sissonville; nieces and nephews, Kayla, Destiny, Dakota, Corey, Abbi, A.J. and Honesty; great-nephew, Quenin. Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Monday, November 9, at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. Keith Edens officiating. Cremation will follow services.
