Roger Proctor, 70, of Charleston, WV, passed away peacefully on July 9th, 2026. Roger was born on February 21, 1956, to the late Rose Price and Jimmy Proctor.

Roger dedicated his career to the trucking industry, a profession he truly loved. He took immense pride in his work, earning the prestigious Million Mile Award in recognition of his years of safe driving, dedication, and professionalism.

Roger found happiness in the simple things. He loved fishing, camping, and listening to music. Those who knew him will always remember his quick wit, his endless supply of jokes, and the magic tricks he loved performing for family and friends. He had a special gift for bringing smiles to others and making every gathering a little brighter.

Above all Roger loved his family. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Donna. As well as his daughters, Sarah (Chris) of South Carolina, Rachel (Jason) of North Carolina, and Brittany (Brandon) of Poca; en cherished grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends who will forever treasure his memory.

A memorial service for Roger will be held by the family at a later date.
