Robert L. Simmons Robert L. Simmons, 81, of Charleston, passed away November 4, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolly Simmons. Surviving are his children, Kimberly Simmons of Butler, OH, Brenda Moore of Salisbury, NC, Danny Keeling of Morganton, NC; and several nieces and nephews. Committal service and burial will be 1 p.m. Saturday November 7, at Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Bill Berry officiating.
