Reba M. Buxton, age 90 of Sevierville departed this life for her Heavenly Home on Monday April 1, 2013. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and South Charleston Christian Church in Charleston, WV where she lived for many years. Reba loved life and enjoyed her time with her grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was preceded in death by her husband John C. Buxton; parents Emmit and Octavia Foster; sisters, Arreta Foster, Marie Pritt and Kathleen Kaplin; brother, Orville Foster. Surviving her are her son, David Buxton and wife Sharon. Grandchildren Jennifer Buxton, Jeremy Buxton and wife Jessica Michea. Great Grandchildren, Lindsay and Brooklyn Buxton, all of whom adored her. Brother, Jim Foster and wife Donna; Sister, Madeline Meadows and many special nieces and nephews. Special friends, Carmen and all the gang at Wal Mart who she loved visiting with, as well as her many special Sunday School Class friends. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM Wednesday April 3, 2013 at Atchley Funeral Home in Sevierville. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Friday April 5, 2013 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home in Charleston WV with the Rev. Charles Quigley officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Services time at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home.
