Randy Starcher, 65, of Charleston, passed away June 18, 2024 after a long illness.

Randy was born April 23, 1959 in Charleston to the late John and Garnet Starcher.  In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his brothers, Larry and Johnny.

Randy was a Mason doing block and concrete construction for many years.

Left to cherish his memory are sister, Joyce Cunningham (Randy) of Culloden; sons, Brian Starcher of Sissonville, and Adam Maynard of Charleston; grand-daughter, Destiny Maynard of Charleston; and companion, Nelene Maynard of Charleston.

It was Randy's wish to be cremated with no service.  He will be laid to rest at the Starcher Family Cemetery, Edens Fork.
