Randel Leroy "Lee" Hubbard, 88, of Charleston, passed away November 11, 2022 at Hubbard Hospice House after an extended illness. Lee was born February 28, 1934 to Archie Leroy and Edith Brookie (Javins) Hubbard in Charleston. Preceded in death by his parents and sister Wilma Hines. He is survived by daughter Frances (Steve) Secoy, Randy (Kathy) Hubbard, granddaughter Cheryl. The family wishes to thank the staff of Meadowbrook Acres (Mary and Anastasia). A memorial service will be held at a later date.
