Phoebe Jane Fields 83 of Charleston passed away December 1, 2014 at CAMC Memorial Division. She was a resident of Mary's Garden of Marmet. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Preceding her in death were her parents, Cecil Willis Taylor, Sr. and Ollie Evelyn Angus Taylor, and her 4 sisters. Survivors include her daughters, Sandra McClure of Charleston and Linda Teel of Big Chimney; brother, Cecil Willis Taylor, Jr., of South Charleston; grandchildren, Tracy Arvon and husband Nick, Lisa and Jason McClure, Renea Blackshire and Robert Ranson, III; great grandchildren,Jeremy and Justin Blackshire, Morgan Casto, Emily Romeo and Jessica and Nathan Arvon. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday December 4, 2014 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Gerry White officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services on Thursday.
