Obituary
Philip Phalen, 65, of Charleston passed away July 21st 2025. He was born March 9th 1960 to Nancy Allison and Merle Phalen. Phil was preceded by his loving wife Tracy Phalen; mother Nancy Allison and father Merle Phalen.
Phil loved the outdoors, hiking, traveling with his wife of 21 years Tracy, and NASCAR.
Left to cherish Phil's memory are his sons Casey Phalen and Justin (wife Chrissy) Phalen, stepsons Tyler Wolf and Jarrod (wife Chelsi) Wolf; sisters Cheryl
(husband Malcolm) Bell and Lisa (husband Harold) Thomas; two grandchildren and four step grandchildren.
A service honoring Phil's life will be held at a later date.
