Penny K. Fugate Penny K. Fugate, 70, of Kanawha Two Mile, Charleston, died January 18, 2014 at her residence. Penny was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Buddy Fugate; son, Buddy Fugate, Jr.; three brothers, and three sisters. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Surviving is her daughter, Debbie Taylor of Kanawha Two Mile; grandchildren, Terry Waite and Tracy Casto of Kanawha Two Mile, and Jessica Taylor of Sissonville; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Diana and Tyler; brother, Anderson Branham of Charleston, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. Allen "Butch" Thompson officiating. Private burial will be in Fugate Cemetery, Charleston. Visitation with the family will be from 11 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
