Paul L. Stone, 82, of Charleston formerly of Lockland, Ohio went home to be with the Lord May 9, 2012. He retired from General Electric after 37 years of service. He was a US Army veteran and member of the American Legion, Batavia, Ohio. He was also a member of the Masonic Hamer Lodge #0228 AF & AM Owensville, Ohio, and a wonderful husband and father. Mr. Stone was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas P. and Addie Belle Carsey Stone; daughters, Mary Ann Welshans and Rebecca Begley. Surviving him is his loving wife, Jeannie Edens Stone; sons, Paul Stone, Jr. and wife Alice and Matthew Stone all of Cincinnati, Ohio; daughters, Noni Kunkle and husband Steve, and Terri Steele and husband Steve all of Cincinnati; brother, Thomas Stone and wife Shirley of Blue Ash, Ohio; step-children, Carol Rollins of Cincinnati Ohio; Janet Perry of Pearland, Texas; Stephanie Hubley and husband Wayne of Katy, Texas; Kathy Wilson of Fayetteville, Ohio; Philip Perry and wife Mollie of Centerville, Ohio; numerous grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Saturday May 12, 2012 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Marvin Horan officiating. Burial will follow at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Military rites will be accorded by American Legion Post 61, Clendenin.
