Patricia Ann (Patti) Chapman, 66, passed into peace Friday, November 11, 2022 at Hubbard Hospice House West.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Dovie and Ray Chapman and her sister Brenda McCormick.  A long time employee of Hospice, Patricia is survived by Charles (Chuckie), Teresa, Gary, Brian, Jeffry, Ronnie, her loving companion, Monte White and many nieces, nephews and friends who are also left to mourn her passing.

Services will be held at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, 1325 Washington Street in Charleston on Wednesday November 16th with visitation at 12 noon and services beginning at 1 pm. With Pastor Pete Thompson officiating.  Following the service, Patricia will be taken to Sissonville Memorial Gardens where she will lie in peace alongside her Mother, Dovie.
