Pansy Cavender Underwood, 88, of Kanawha Two Mile, Charleston, went home to be with The Lord, June 9, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Woodrow F. Underwood. She was a member of Kanawha Two Mile Grove Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Surviving are her children, Ronald R. Underwood and wife, Lois of Pilot, Virginia, Don Underwood of Richwood, Kentucky, and Marlene Clendenin and husband, Walter of Kanawha Two Mile; sisters, Juanita, Kay, Anna, Nancy, Jewel and Marion; brother, Samuel; seven grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. Bob Fields officiating. Burial will be in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
