Owen A. Lilly 79 of Charleston passed away March 15, 2014 at Veterans Administration Medical Center, Huntington. Preceding him in death were his parents, Herman and Nellie Harkins Lilly and brothers, Alva and Glen Lilly. Survivors include his wife Peggy Lilly; son, Jason Lilly and wife Jessica of Charleston; daughters, Erin Holley and husband Kenneth of Hot Springs AK; Amy Breedlove and husband Paul of Charleston; brother Mack Lilly; and sisters, Hilda and Retha Lilly. Grandchildren, Philip Holley, Katy Cunningham, Jasy Lilly, Ashley Breedlove, Josh Breedlove, Alexis Milbee and Samantha Milbee. Funeral Services will be 12:00 Noon March 19, 2014 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Spencer officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
