Otis A. Finney, Sr., 76 of Newark, DE, formerly of Dunbar passed away October 7, 2013, at Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice after a long illness. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy. Preceding him in death were his son, Raymond E. Finney; parents, William Ural and Gladys Lanham Finney and his brother, Curt Finney. Survivors include his sons, Otis A. Finney, Jr., and wife Dorothy of Newark, DE; James S. Finney and wife Lisa of Rising Sun, MD and Charles G. Finney of Auburn, ME; daughter, Terri McMillion of Panama City Beach, FL; brother Darrell Finney and Sister, Frances Ray. 10 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and Several Nieces and Nephews, also survive him. Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Saturday October 12, 2013 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. William K. Berry officiating. Burial with Military Graveside Rites provided by American Legion Post 61, Clendenin, will follow in Preston Cemetery, Dunbar. Visitation with the family will be 2 hours prior to services on Saturday.
