Otie Miller, 91 of Charleston passed away November 26, 2013 at Hubbard Hospice House West. Otie was one of Charleston's longtime barbers for 65 years of the Fad Barber Shop. He was a member of Charleston Mountain Mission Church. Preceding him in death were his parents, John Arthur and Eva Dawson Miller; brothers James, Emmett, Roscoe, Ovie and Earl; sisters Ada, Goldie, Macel and Grovie. Survivors include his loving wife of 69 years, Catherine Miller; son, Grover Miller (Linda) of Charleston; daughter, Sharon Radke (Sam) of Lakewood, CO; Grandchildren, Dr. James Hambrick (Priya); Stacey Losh (Greg); Bryson Miller (Brittany); Sean Radke (Gretchen) and Shelby Radke (Stephanie). Great Grandchildren, Kristen Corey and Cole Kirkpatrick Alesha, Katie and Kaleb Losh Teagan Radke and Brayden Miller. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday November 30, 2013 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Fairley McCormick officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 PM Friday at the Funeral Home.
