Oma Casdorph, 91, of Charleston passed away Monday April 5, 2011 at CAMC. She passed peacefully with the loving daughter and caregiver Dianna and her son-in-law Ron Martin by her side. Oma loved life and especially her trips to the beach with her daughter and family. She is survived by her daughter, Dianna and son-in-law Ron of Charleston; grandsons, Jeffrey of Charleston; Eric and wife Casey of Cross Lanes and her precious great granddaughter Whitney Grace Martin. Oma is also survived by her beloved niece, Virginia Ann Casdorph Brown and husband Frank; sister, Garnet Casdorph Kozielec of Dunbar; brother, Earl Casdorph of Charleston. Also, leaving to cherish happy memories of their special aunt, are many nieces and nephews. Born July 4, 1919, she was the daughter of the late John and Talma Casdorph and preceded in death by her brothers, Loren, Flem, and Delbert Casdorph; sisters, Ruby Stalnaker, Opal Martin and Fern Hatcher. Funeral Services will be 12:00 noon, Thursday April 7, 2011 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Jennings officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services also on Thursday.
