Norma E. Taylor 87 of Charleston passed away January 11, 2017 at Genesis Health Care, Dunbar.
Norma was a Homemaker and raised foster children for many years.
Preceding her in death were her parents, William Herman and Estill Lee Leach Rucker; husband Milton Oral Taylor; her son Milton Oral Taylor, Jr.; brothers, Bill, David and Bunk Rucker and sister, Kathleen Blevins.
Survivors include her sons, Michael David Taylor and wife Sally of Bryan, Ohio and Kevin Taylor of Cross Lanes; daughter, Carol Holstein and husband Wayne of Nitro; brothers, C.W. Henry, Del and Charles Rucker; sisters, Emma Taylor, Phyllis Clay, June Proffitt, Ruth Bowles, Jean Martin, Carolyn Hensley and Judy Swadley, her special grandson and care giver, Milton "Spanky" Taylor, III, daughter-in-law, Patricia Taylor, 6 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchid and a host of family and friends who are also left to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday January 14, 2017 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Donnaly Cemetery, Charleston. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services.
