Obituary

Noah Corbin Lacy, 7, of South Charleston, went home to the Lord after a long, hard battle with Batten Disease November 16, 2013. Noah loved to laugh, snuggle, be held and kiss. He brought great joy to his family. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ruby C. Lacy and Claude Lacy. Noah is survived by his loving parents, Scott and Aimee Lacy of South Charleston; maternal grandparents, Mac and Blitz Turner of Ridgeview; uncle, John D. Lacy of Charleston; aunt, Dora C. "Granny" Baldwin of Dunbar; and cousins, Skylare, Jordan, Taylor and Caleb Turner all of Ridgeview. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 1401 Washington St. W., Charleston with Rev. Ronald L. Stoner officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston. The family will receive friends two hours prior to service time also at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Noah's name are suggested to Batten Disease Support and Research, 1175 Dubin Road, Columbus, Ohio 43215 or www.BDSRA.org and specify infantile research.
