Nettie Virginia Hopkins 82 of Culloden passed away November 16, 2015 at Hubbard Hospice House West. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grand and great grandmother. Preceding her in death were her parents Ollie Herndon and Lela Burford and her daughter Deborah Hopkins. Surviving her is her husband Emery Hopkins of Culloden; sons, Bruce Hopkins and wife Susie of Culloden and Mark Hopkins and Debbie Williams of Cross Lanes; brother, Delano Burford and wife Roxie of Pocatalico; sisters, Gwendolyn Good of Sissonville, Lillian Ferrell of Charleston and Roberta Guthrie of Charleston. Grandchildren Daniel, Katie, Jenny and Emily and Great Granddaughter, Destiny. Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Thursday November 19, 2015 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Harold B. White, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services on Thursday.
