Obituary
Nester C. Gibson, 80 of Sissonville passed away December 7, 2018.
He was a Christian, sang with The Gibson Family for 52 years and retired from West Virginia Department of Highways after 27 years of service.
Preceding him in death were his parents, William and Ethel Gibson, five brothers, three sisters and one granddaughter.
Left to cherish him is his his loving wife of 60 years, Maise; children, Gay, Penny, Wanda, Peggy, Kenny (Kim), Larry Jo (Tina), Regina, Clara "Sis" (Ronnie), Frank (Heather), Justin, Tracy (Linden) and Mike (Casey). His brothers, Johnny and Larry Gibson and sister, Kathy Smith. 18 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
The family would like to express a special thanks to his doctors and to the SICU staff at CAMC Memorial Division.
Graveside Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Sissonville Memorial Gardens, with Pastor Leroy Conner officiating. Visitation with the family will be Monday December 10 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
