Naomi Ann Freshour-Blankenship, 88, life-long resident of Kanawha County, passed away on February 14, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dalford Blankenship; parents, John and Ida Slater Hammons; daughter, Connie Dunlap; and brother, Lewis Hammons. Survivors include her loving daughters, Marcia Freshour and Della Freshour; sons, Danny Ray Freshour, David Freshour and Roger Freshour; sisters, Goldie Reed and Opal Slater; and brother, Mansford Hammons. A memorial gathering with the family will be held Friday, February 21, 2014 from 5 - 7 PM at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston.
