Mary Lou Mace, 83, of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away peacefully after a long illness.

Born on December 25, 1941, in Charleston, she was the daughter of the late Leona Westfall.  Mary Lou was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Mace.

Mary Lou dedicated her life to her family, her work, and her community.  Over the years, she was employed by CAMC, the State Credit Union, and later retired from J.C. Penney.  Those who knew her remember her as a kind and caring woman who loved deeply and was loved by all who knew her.  Her gentle spirit, compassion, and warmth touched everyone she met.

She is survived by her sons Robert Mace, Thomas , and Jeffery Mace, and by her beloved grandchildren Trey Mace, Cameron Mace, Braelynn Mace, and Aeris Mace.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday October 24th, 2025 at Tyler Mountain Memorial Gardens at 11:00AM. with Pastor Randy Camp officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mary Lou's memory to Mountain Mission.
