Yvonne Bittle, 98, passed away on May 9, 2026. Mary Yvonne was born in Troy, West Virginia, to the late Charles F. Bush and Wilma M. (Brannon) Bush. Yvonne was a devoted Christian and was ready to meet her Lord. Yvonne graduated from Hurricane High School and later made her home in Kanawha County. She worked in retail for many years and was known for her creativity, playful sense of humor, and love of animals and teasing. In addition to her parents, Yvonne was preceded in death by her first husband of 25 years, Paul C. Jones; her second husband, Keith John Bittle; her daughter, Gwenna Renee Parker; her brothers, John H. Bush and Donavan E. Bush; and her stepson, Theron F. Bittle. Those left to cherish her memory include her only living brother C. Dwayne Bush; daughter, Terri Jones Cox (James); grandchildren, MeChelle R. Straight, Cristi N. Parker (Chris Stone), John M. Parker, and Jennifer L. Cook; great-grandchildren, Haley Milhon, Shelby Parker, Maysie Parker, Landon Stone, and Wyatt Alexander Cook; and stepchildren, Michael J. Bittle (Bobbi) and Judy E. Scaggs. Known as “Mimi,” Yvonne dearly loved children. In honoring her wishes, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in lieu of flowers. 

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday May 14th 2026 at Cunningham Parker Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am-12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery in Hurricane WV
