Mary Alice Bailey 88 of Charleston was born on October 7, 1924 in Kanawha County and passed away April 23, 2013 at Hubbard Hospice House. Preceding her in death was her husband Vernon Bailey; brothers, Denver, Conrad and Ray; sisters, Olive and Norma. Mary is survived by her son, Garry Bailey of Charleston; daughter Linda Utt and her husband Ira of Charleston; brother, Arlin Bailey of Columbus Ohio. Two Granddaughters, Deanna Hunley and her husband Jeff of Charleston and Kristy Utt of Charleston. Five Great Grandchildren, Breanna and Shelby Utt, Jevon Lawson, Olivia and Emmerson Hunley and numerous Nieces and Nephews who are also left to mourn her passing. Mary was an LPN having worked at Staats and St. Francis Hospital's and retired from Thomas Memorial Hospital. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday April 27, 2013 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Dale Stonestreet officiating. Entombment will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Visitation with the family will be 2 hours prior to services on Saturday.
