Marvin Junior Olive, 73, of Aaron's Fork, passed away suddenly on June 23, 2014 at CAMC General Division. Mr. Olive was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Sara Fields Olive; daughter, Brenda Olive; sons, Benjamin and James Olive; sisters, Gracie Moles, Roseline Olive and Nona Richards; and brothers, Ruben, Bill, James and Guy Olive. Junior is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Ruby Olive; children, Marvin Lee Olive and life partner, David Baisden of Charleston, Rebecca Ball and her husband, Jimmy of Crouse, NC and granddaughter whom he raised as a daughter, Stephanie Olive of Aaron's Fork; sisters, Sadie Mullins of Big Chimney and Lottie Combs of Elkview; grandchildren, Heather Frazier, Tiffany McCallister and Steven Spencer; and great-grandson, Hunter McCallister. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be Friday, June 27, 2014 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Hammons officiating. Burial will follow at Baxter Cemetery, Aaron's Fork. Visitation with the family will be Thursday from 6 - 8 PM at the funeral home.
