Obituary
Margaret E. Johnson, 87, of Charleston passed away January 11, 2018 at home after an extended illness.
She was born October 13, 1930 in Charleston, WV. She was a housewife and attended Starcher Baptist Church.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, John and daughter Karen Jean; sisters, Betty Riling, Phyllis Parsons, Carolyn Canterbury, Mimi Blaylock and brother, Curtis Young.
Survivors include her daughters, Marsha Dickson and husband Bud of Charleston and Connie Rabel of Indianapolis, Indiana; grandchildren Ashley Dickson and Kristin Rabel; sister, Amie Rowe and husband Herb of Charleston; sister-in-law's, Margaret A. Johnson of Miami, Florida; Mary Jo Browning and husband Fred; brothers-in-laws, Vernon Murphy, Jr. all of Birch Rover, Bill Johnson of Herold.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Monday January 15, 2018 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Moore, Jr. officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services, also on Monday.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to Starcher Baptist Church, 2624 6th Avenue, Charleston, WV 25387.
