Lucille Layne Anderson Lucille Layne Anderson, 92, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, September 26, 2011 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her parents, Timothy and Florence Layne; husband, Raymond H. Anderson; and grandson, T. J. Anderson. Lucille loved the Lord, was a friend to all, and a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, growing her flowers, and tending to her garden. She is the last of 13 children in her family. Surviving are her children; Larry Anderson and wife, Barbara of Charleston, William A. Anderson and wife, Janice of Shelbyville, Tenn., Roger Anderson and wife, Sandy of Charleston, Barbara Jeanne Lacy and husband, John of Charleston, Terry Anderson of Charleston, and David Anderson and wife, Gail of Kenna; grandchildren, Kim, Becky, Sarah, William, Jr., Shelly, Roger Anderson, Jr., Raymond, Joeyell, Shawn, Kristi, Missy, Misty, Mindy, Jennifer, Jamie, and Daniel; 24 great-grandchildren; and her best friend, Penny Bumgardner. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday, September 30, at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Pastor Edison Hager, Pastor John Rutherford, and the Rev. Bob Fields officiating. Burial will be in Layne Cemetery, Charleston. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 28 and Thursday, September 29, 2011 at the funeral home.
