Linnie Mae "Curley" King, 48 of Charleston passed away at home surrounded by her family after a 5 year battle with ALS on Friday September 19, 2014. Curley always had a smile for everyone. She loved Magic Mike, crocheting and camping. Curley was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph A. and Betty Joe King, brother, Joseph A. "Joey" King, sister, Jeanetta King, two nephews and one great niece. Left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Arietta King and husband Danny, Diana Taylor and husband Ray of Charleston and Bethel Wisnewski and husband Jerry of Greely Colorado; eight nieces; one nephew; and a host of great nephews, great nieces and friends. Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM on Wednesday September 24, 2014 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home. Services will be Thursday September 25, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with Pastor Dorris Walls officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Cemetery, Charleston.
