Lessie Inez Hackney, 93 of Charleston passed away November 26, 2012 at Heartland of Charleston after a long illness. Lessie was a Homemaker and a loving wife and mother. Preceding her in death were her parents Benton Newton and Nettie Ingram Smith and her husband Paul Hackney. Survivors include her son, Paul Hackney, Jr; daughter, Patricia Ann Walker; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other extended families are left to mourn her passing. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Friday November 30, 2012 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. William K. Berry officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans. Visitation will be one hour prior to services also on Friday.
