Leonard E. Jordan
Leonard E. Jordan, 77, of Charleston, passed away, Monday, July 31, in CAMC Memorial Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Gertrude Hughes Jordan; brother, Jackie Jordan, and great-grandson, Declan Bailey.
Leonard was retired from Kyle Furniture with 30 years of service.
Surviving, are his wife of 59 years, Wilma Jordan; daughter, Carolyn "Sue" O'Conner of Charleston; sisters, Jodie Stover of Cross Lanes, and Diana Elswick of Nitro; grandchildren, Corey, Brad, and Amy Bailey; great-grandchildren, Taylor Carnefix and Brayden Bailey.
There will be a gathering of family and friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, August 3, at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston. He will be cremated and his cremains will be buried at a later date at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
