Larry Gene Starcher, 57, of Elkview, passed away after a short illness on March 8, 2014. Mr. Starcher was preceded in death by his father, John O. Starcher. Larry is survived by his loving mother, Garnet Starcher of Charleston; sister, Joyce Cunningham and her husband, Randy of Culloden; brothers, Johnny Dale Starcher and Randy "Hoss" Starcher, both of Charleston; nephews, Brian Starcher and Adam Maynard; and best friend, Jack Tate. Graveside services and burial will be Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Starcher Family Cemetery, Holmes Hollow, Charleston, with Pastor David VanHorn officiating.
