Larry Dale Jordan, 83, of Sissonville, WV, was called home to be with the Lord on December 20th, 2025, surrounded by family and loved ones.

Larry was born on January 13, 1942, in Charleston, WV, to the late David and Hattie Jordan. A faithful servant of God, he lived a life rooted in love, compassion, and devotion to family and faith. He was a member of Grapevine Chapel where he loved to worship. He was an Airforce Veteran.

Larry cherished time with family and friends. After retiring from Xerox Corporation. He enjoyed fishing with his friends and family.

In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by his sister Hallie Whittington from Aiken SC, five brothers: Oscar "Buss" Jordan, James "Jim" Jordan, Uhel "Bunk" Jordan, Jack Jordan of Florida and Jerry "Joe" Jordan of Pennsylvania.

Larry is survived by his wife of 61 years Kathleen Jordan, his daughter Sarah Slater, his son Brian (Leona) Jordan, his three grandchildren Kayla (Chris) Hill, Samantha Breeden, Courtney (Brody) Golden, and three great-grandchildren Jordyn, Averi and River.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at Cunningham Parker Johnson Funeral Home with Bill Jones officiating. Entombment will follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. before the service.
