Kenna White, 91, of Middle Fork, died January 4, 2018, at Jackson General Hospital, after an extended illness.
Kenny, was born, June 2, 1926, and grew upon on Alpine Ridge, Jackson County.
He never met a stranger. He made his grandchildren and his great-granddaughter "Rose" his world, and he loved to make people laugh.
Kenny was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Kathryn; daughter, Malinda; parents; seven brothers and one sister.
Surviving are his daughters, Joyce White and Rita (Clem Harrison); grandchildren, Jonathan Harrison, Jessica Harrison-Taylor and husband, Luke; great-granddaughter, Kerrigan Rose Taylor; brother, Clyde; sister, Della Harris.
A special thanks to friends, John Comer, Danny Ray, Carroll Moore, and Hazel Tolley, and the staff of Ravenswood Village for their excellent care that was given to our Dad.
There will be no services, Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston is serving the White Family.
