Kathy Darlene Asbury, 65, of Charleston, WV, passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023. Kathy was born on January 7, 1958 in Charleston to Pearl Harmon and the late Dola Harmon.

Kathy worked for Dr. Lester Labus for over 30 years and enjoyed crocheting. In addition to Kathy's father she is preceded in death by her son Charles Asbury.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter Tara Vance (Paul), mother Pearl Harmon, grandchildren Tanner Raines, Makenzie Raines, Alexa Asbury, Jaxon Asbury, and PD Vance, brothers Richard Harmon (Penny), Edward Harmon (Carla) and Kevin Harmon, best friend Phylis Carpenter, her dog Scooter, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2023 at Cunningham Parker Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2023 before the service.
