Kathleen B. "Kack" Long Kathleen B. "Kack" Long, 80, of Charleston, formerly of Bare Foot Bay, Florida, passed away October 21, 2012, at her son Danny's residence. She was preceded in death by her parents, Guy Thaddius Boggess and Vila Reliva Fisher Boggess; and a brother, John Allen Boggess. Kathleen was a 1948 graduate of Sissonville High School. She worked as school secretary at Sissonville High School, and also worked at Frito Lay Potato Chip Company. She was former co-owner of Pryor Funeral Home, East Bank, and retired from Long & Fisher Funeral Home, with 20 years of service. She was a Christian. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Bonnie Pritt of Sissonville; grandson, Jon Michael Pritt of Charleston; step-grandsons, Benjie Meadows and wife, Aleshia of Honaker, Virginia, and Nathan Meadows and fiancée, Melissa Haas of Sissonville; great-grandchildren, Braeden, Payton, Kate, Layla and Elayna; sisters, Jocelyn Whittington, of Sissonville, Janice Westerman, of Charleston and Sandra K. Bonham of Sissonville; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston with the Rev. David Taylor and the Rev. Pete Hedrick officiating. Burial will be in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, October 22, at the funeral home.
